What’s the difference between Ecoperformant cleaning and dry cleaning?

Ecoperformant uses an aqueous process with phosphate-free soaps, 100 % ecological. Traditional dry cleaning uses chemical solvents like perchloroethylene (perc).

Can I send items without care labels?

Yes. Our team of experts will clean the items in the manner they deem most appropriate. We require your approval to process items without labels. Our customer service department will then contact you by email or phone.

What is the laundry service?

The laundry service includes washing, drying, and folding. Your items are placed in dedicated bags and taken directly to the washing machine. For hygiene reasons, each bag and its contents are washed separately. We recommend sorting your items by color to prevent discoloration.
